Refund policy

The return policy for orders placed with INDUŌ, LLC. is as follows:

A return and/or exchange will only be approved for a physical item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective.

For an item to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, INDUŌ, LLC. must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged and/or defective item within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Return and/or exchange requests must be sent to hello@byinduo.com. In the event that a return and/or exchange resulting in a refund is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.

Gift cards are excluded from this policy and are not eligible for return and/or exchange and cannot be replaced if lost. Gift cards do not expire.
